This policy explains how Charlotte Private Equity™ (“Charlotte Private Equity,” “we”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information you provide when you visit this site or submit a form.

- Information you submit: name, phone, email, lending capacity, timing, and anything else you include in a form or on a call.
- Technical information: visitor identifier (generated by FingerprintJS), approximate IP, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, timestamps.
- Communications: SMS and email logs and call notes associated with your inquiry.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and deliver deal materials.
- To qualify potential private lenders and communicate by SMS and email.
- To detect fraud, abuse, and automated submissions.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, or closing-due-diligence requirements.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your information. We share it only with: (a) our licensed NC closing attorney when you advance toward a closing; (b) service providers operating under confidentiality obligations (CRM, email infrastructure, payment processors); (c) authorities when required by law.
Retention
We retain lender contact information for the duration of your relationship with us and a reasonable period thereafter for accounting and regulatory purposes.
Your choices
- You can ask us to stop contacting you by replying STOP to any SMS.
- You can request access to or deletion of your data via the inquiries form.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and encrypted email and storage providers. No system is perfectly secure; submissions are made with that understanding.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated by email.
